These works were created during the Listen. Learn. Create Art Camp at Art Lit Lab. Throughout the week, participants explored the sounds, history, and cultural influences of nature, Latin music, hip-hop, classical music, blues, and jazz, transforming what they heard and learned into original works of art. In addition to creating, students learned how to observe, interpret, and write artist statements that gave voice to the ideas behind each piece. The collection below celebrates their creativity, curiosity, and unique artistic perspectives while documenting their artistic journey through listening, learning, and creating.
